Barry O'Sullivan is the Founder, Chairman and Group Managing Director of the Newlands Group of Companies, namely Newlands Civil Construction and Newlands Commercial Construction. The Group manages over 30 companies and specialises in property development, predominantly in design and construct projects that have delivered many sold-out subdivisions.

Barry is motivated by having a genuine impact on the sustainable growth within the Darling Downs region and has been involved in many legacy projects. A plumber by trade, not only does Barry have a wealth of knowledge of the building lifecycle, but he's also an active member of the UDIA, IPWEAQ and Master Builders.
