Enjoy a delicious breakfast from The Larder as you listen to our panel of guest speakers including our President Peter Travers, Mandy McGregor, Brad Johnson and Anthony Doljanin. You will have the opportunity to put your questions to our panel and learn about their experiences in business - the challenges and the successes - as well as their advice for today's SMEs.

Peter Travers was brought up on a mixed farm on the Darling Downs. He has a Degree in Rural Technology from Gatton College and spent many years in the cotton industry in various roles of agronomy and farm management.
He acquired his commercial pilots licence and agricultural rating and spent 10 years as a contract pilot across the rice and cotton growing areas of eastern Australia. He also spent five years in Canada spraying canola and potatoes in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
In 2004 he purchased an aerial application company in Goondiwindi that now includes a fleet of three aircraft and services irrigation and dryland clients across the MacIntyre Valley.
Peter's interest in business management led him to create a company that strives to continually improve with a focus on safety and quality of service. Air Ag is fully-accredited with the nationally recognised Ag Aviation Quality Assurance scheme.
Peter is a dedicated supporter of the ag aviation industry as a whole and for the last 20 years has sat on the board of the Aerial Application Association of Australia, two of them as president. This association has a strong presence in Canberra and lobbies various federal departments on behalf of the industry.
Peter is the current president of the Goondiwindi Chamber of Commerce. His focus is to see a strong and united local business community that works together to improve the Goondiwindi Regional area.
